Rivers Edge Corp. respects your privacy. Our customer database is stored on a
secure server behind a firewall. We will not sell, rent, lease, loan, distribute
to third parties or trade your information unless we have specifically received
authorization from you to do so.
Payment Options
Rivers Edge Corp. accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, COD and Wire
Transfers. We also accept Purchase Orders with Net 30 payment terms from
Schools/Universities, Government Agencies and Companies with approved credit.
30 Day Money Back Guarantee
Rivers Edge offers a 30 day money back guarantee on most of our products. If
an item is not covered by the 30 day guarantee it will be stated in the product
information. This guarantee does not include items that the customer has
damaged, broken or rendered unusable. Hardware & Software shipped outside the US
is not eligible for the 30 Day Guarantee unless otherwise noted. Shipping fees
are not refundable.
Returns
To return an item please contact us within 30 days of receipt of the item and we
will issue an RMA number. Returned items must be shipped with shipping fees
prepaid. To receive a full credit the items must be in the original new
condition, include all parts, accessories, manuals, registration documents,
warranty cards, and in the original packaging. Items that are returned that do
not meet these conditions will be charged a restocking fee in addition to fees
to replace any missing, damaged or items not in original new condition. Shipping
fees are not refundable.
